About Balanced Body Massage:

Balanced Body Massage is a professional health care office which provides therapeutic massage by licensed massage therapist, Deborah Hays Arellano. Deborah strives to offer the highest quality, truly therapeutic massage to help you feel your best.  The office is conveniently located within a mile of Westport Plaza in St Louis, Missouri.

Office Hours and Appointments:

Massage therapy services are available by appointment only and most can be scheduled online.  Because there is no receptionist, online scheduling is the fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment. 

Massage therapy appointments are available during the following times:

Monday: 11:30pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 12:30pm - 7:00pm
Friday: Noon - 6:30pm
Every other Saturday: 11:00am -1:30pm

** Please schedule at least one day in advance.**

Before making an appointment, please read the Your Visit page to learn about what to expect.  New clients need to allow for an extra 10-15 minutes before the first appointment to fill out a health history form and talk with the therapist.  You can also fill out the health history form ahead of time and bring it with you.  Returning clients should arrive at least five minutes prior to the appointment time. 

Cancellation Policy and Payment:

Please make note of your appointment date and time.  We are happy to offer e-mail reminders for your appointments; however, we do not make reminder phone calls.  Please respect the therapist and other clients by giving at least 12 hours (preferably 24 hours) notice if you need to cancel or change a scheduled appointment.  A fee of one-half the scheduled session fee is charged for no-shows and appointments canceled with less than 10 hours notice.  You may cancel online if you set up your appointment through the online system or you may call the office at 314-359-2701 or e-mail deb@balancedbodymassage.com.
